SPARSH group of hospitals, a leading quarternary care center in India, offers structured observership opportunities for medical students and trainee doctors from India and abroad. This program provides participants with an immersive learning experience in a multidisciplinary, high-acuity hospital setting. Observers gain exposure to advanced clinical practices, state-of-the-art technology, and patient-centered care across various specialties. Under the guidance of expert consultants, participants can attend ward rounds, case discussions, and clinical meetings. The program is designed to enhance clinical understanding, professional development, and appreciation of teamwork in a quarternary care environment. While observers do not participate in direct patient care, they benefit from close mentorship and hands-on demonstrations. Applications are welcomed year-round, subject to departmental availability and approval.
